What is the Evergreen Model?
An original framework for Christian women to intentionally guide pre-teen and teen girls (4th-12th grade) to know and walk with God, using Bible journals and inviting them into our homes
The Radiant Course
What is Radiant?
Radiant is a time for Christian women to teach pre-teen girls (4th-6th grade) the Bible and to mentor them in building a personal relationship with God through his Word.
All 4th-6th grade girls from congregation invited
Meeting once a week (generally around church time)
Teaching and learning through a different Radiant journal each "semester"
3-year rotation

The goal
For pre-teen girls to start studying the Bible for themselves and to connect it to their lives with Christian women to guide them in the Truth (Acts 8:30-31)

The LIGHT Group Course
What is LIGHT Group?
Christian women inviting teen girls into their home for dinner and to study God’s Word together through the LIGHT journals — to encourage rooted faith in God and to build godly intergenerational relationships in the church.
All 7th-12th grade girls from congregation invited
Meeting every ~2-3 weeks (suggestion: Sunday evening around dinner)
Teaching and learning through a different LIGHT journal each "semester"
6-year rotation

Accompanying LIGHT Group Course Workbook to make your notes and plan
The goal
Helping guide them so they understand what they are reading in God's Word (Acts 8:31) and encouraging them to hold fast to good (Romans 12:9)

The LIGHT Retreat Course
What is a LIGHT Retreat?
LIGHT retreat (hybrid) - a half-day ladies' retreat (hosted by the teen girls) within a teen girls' retreat weekend.
